Terms of Service

By accessing or using College Insiders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform. Students and mentors must provide accurate information during registration. Mentors must be currently enrolled or recently graduated from the institution they represent. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.

All session bookings are confirmed upon payment. All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. If a user fails to attend a scheduled session (no-show), the full session fee is forfeited. Mentors receive payouts after session completion.

Users must treat all participants with respect. Harassment, discrimination, sharing of explicit content, or solicitation outside the platform is strictly prohibited. Mentors must provide honest, unbiased guidance. Fabricating credentials or reviews will result in immediate account termination.

Users may not: share personal contact information to bypass the platform; record sessions without mutual consent; use the platform for any illegal activity; create fake accounts or impersonate others; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.

College Insiders is a platform connecting students with mentors and does not guarantee specific admissions outcomes. We are not responsible for advice given by mentors. The platform is provided 'as-is' and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
